Refund Policy

Gritz Care offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on regularly priced items only. If you are not completely satisfied with your regularly priced purchase from Gritz Care for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase date, you may return the unused portion of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any original shipping and handling fees. Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.

Shipping Costs: Unless there was a shipping error on our part, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs. Shipping errors include, but are not limited to, incorrect shipping service used after you selected and paid for another service, incorrect product shipped, or damage incurred during shipping. You may also request to exchange your product for a new one.

Exchanges: For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement product. We will issue a credit for the returned item after it has been received and processed. Exchanged products will incur a new shipping and handling fee, and you may select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Return Requirements: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Gritz Care. Products purchased from other retailers or e-commerce sites, even if they are Gritz Care-branded products, cannot be returned to Gritz Care and will not be credited back or returned to you.
